Polymer Materials R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1、 Responsible for the research, development, and continuous improvement of new materials and formulas for plastic pipelines, and participating in the development and validation of innovative products such as HDPE-PG phosphogypsum reinforced hexagonal structure wall pipes;

2、 Responsible for raw material incoming inspection, formula small-scale testing, pilot scale testing, and mass production process conversion, preparing experimental plans and technical reports;

3、 Track the latest technological developments in the industry, participate in patent applications, standard revisions, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;

4、 Cooperate with the production and quality departments to solve material and technical issues during the production process.

Job requirements:

1、 Bachelor\'s degree or above in polymer materials, chemistry, materials science and engineering or related majors;

2、 Familiar with the formulation design and common testing methods of polyolefin/PVC pipe materials, experience in pipe industry research and development is preferred;

3、 Strong data analysis and experimental skills, rigorous and meticulous work;

4、 Has good teamwork spirit and innovative ability.
