HDPE IW hexagonal structure wall pipe is made of PE 100 grade polyethylene as raw material, and is secondary modified by adding reinforced silicate whiskers (micro nano grade short fibers), nano reinforcement materials, special anti-aging additives and other materials. After one-step extrusion molding of full-automatic ultra-high speed production line, the maximum inner diameter of the product is ID 1600 mm, the outer diameter is OD 2000 mm, and the maximum ring stiffness can reach 32 KN/㎡. It is the largest diameter all-in-one molding full plastic pipe in China at present.
